We are seeking a PRN Home Health RN for the Carmel and Indianapolis area. Job duties of this rewarding position include:
- Performing assessments and completing appropriate documentation
- Updating plans of care as necessary
- Completing start of care paperwork (Oasis)
- Building rapport with patients and familiar
- Initiating evaluations for other services as necessary
- Participating in QA initiatives
Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current Indiana RN license
- 1 year nursing experience required
- Home Health experience preferred
